2026 VA Disability Payment Schedule
VA disability benefits are paid one month in arrears, meaning you receive payment for the previous month. If the first day of the month falls on a weekend or federal holiday, payment is typically issued on the last business day before.

Important Reminders
VA disability compensation is tax-free.
Veterans rated 10% and 20% do not receive additional compensation for dependents.
